way of philanthropy. Dr Patel was born in Mehsana, Gujarat in 1956.
With roots firmly placed in RSS, he developed cordial relations with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi since 1980. Thanks to his father Dr. Giridhar Bhai Patel, who was the then state leader of the Jan Sangh in Gujarat created ample
opportunities for Dr. Vasudev Patel to be in close proximity with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“On13th December 2020 during the Covid times we have had inaugural meeting via Zoom with chief guest Purshotam Balaji, agriculture minister at that time. Our Main role is to unite all the Gujaratis, help each other.
We are right now working with the NRIs facing the problems in Gujarat; for example, land issue, real estate issue, dowry issues. We have different committees looking after the grievances and coming out with time bound solutions.
“Our Health Committee has taken charge of organizing seminars on the various medical issues. We make conference calls for patients in India who cannot come here which involves interactions with 8000 doctors, which is a second opinion
platform. Stating further Dr. Patel said “our Cultural committee which organises quality programmes, supports the associations. We are planning to develop matrimonial committee, women empowerment committee, business outreach committee.
Gujaratis are dominating in small hotels and going forward to larger scale hotels. 40 present motels are owned by the Gujaratis. Next generation of the Gujaratis are climbing to the larger or upper scale hotels with their education and
financial background.
Sardar Patel Bank
Gujaratis also own 10 plus banks in USA. In Atlanta we are opening a Bank called Iron Man Unity Bank in Atlanta, tentatively in September. Approvals and paper work is more or less completed and space is to be renovated.
BJP
More than 30000 well-wishers from overseas are actively helping the state in various ways. Be it election time by interacting with the people to franchise their vote or by helping the state elections from here by calling their relatives.
When any BJP dignitaries come here, we organise programmes like Meet and Greet with the Community and Naredra Bhai’s message is relayed by them. During Covid times when the Biden government refused to give the raw material for vaccination,
then the NRI community jumped in and arranged from their own channels.
About Nations’ Development
When Narendra Bhai came to power, infrastructure was booming, across all sectors be it national highways, trains, new airports among others. From development of green energy to filling FIR with police through online from home to reduce
corruption, which no one has dreamed hitherto, everything was being done at a good speed.

Family Background
My father is Dr. Giridhar Bhai Patel, he started his practice in Maisana in 1950- 78. My mother was Madhu Ben Patel, a housewife, who raised 9 children. (7 brothers and 2 sisters). My father was Arya Samaj, Hindutvavadi, and founder of Jan
Sangh in Gujarat. Out of 9 siblings, four brothers are doctors and working professionals. One sister is also a doctor.
Message to the Youth
By empowering women, they can work easily with the youth. Next generation should choose different careers in the field of medicine, engineering, law, academics, business, and financial management. If everybody is successful in their
profession, we will become strong and our combined voice will be heard and reverberate in every platform. India has a bright future and 15 to 20 years down the road, India will stand up close with the USA. They can do business directly with
the USA.
Comparison of political system between USA and India
Of course, there is a difference in the presidential system and prime ministerial system in India and USA.
President can do a lot better, as the only option to put down the president, if at all he does anything wrong, which harms the
integrity of the country, is to impeach him through the parliament. In India, if you get the absolute majority, Prime Minister can do a very fruitful job by implementing their ideology for the betterment for the country in the long run.

Youth should involve in active politics in the USA. We encourage them all because the percentage is very low. Enough opportunities are there for them, if they take political science and other subjects and work with the Senator’s Congressman Office.
Indian community in the USA can help them. Since now, all Indians understand that to live in this country respectfully, they have to be involved in their political system. Now everybody understands and donate collectively and our voice is supremely heard. We donate in a large scale way.
